New Helmholtz-Project: Knowledge and Technology Transfer in Materials Research – Characteristics and Conditions of Successful Product Innovation (InnoMat) [09.06.2006]
Successful technology transfer is an important stimulus for innovation-oriented nations. The "integrative project" InnoMat is funded by the Initiative and Networking Fund of the Helmholtz Association. InnoMat will analyse this transfer process taking into consideration nine particular projects based in the field of advanced materials research. These nine transfer projects are incorporated into three different institutional context-structures:
- the Helmholtz Association,
- the Fraunhofer Society,
- and Technical Universities.
